Hi, skjoff, First off all you have to do big changes in your current image likes Robot, Car and particles. Changes colours and add high texture to car and robots , than to make all particles texture as per road image. After these changes you need to make modified particles animation clip in MAX than composite with real image for that you can use after effect software.
