*The school nurse in the film is the real school nurse of the school where this film is shot. This is her first time acting in her whole life. She only had a few lines, but changed them and changed a bit of the scene, based on a conversation that has taken place in reality, similar to the one in the script. Thanks to that the whole scene became much better than in the script. Not bad for a first timer!

 

 

Director's notes: This is my first time writing a drama, and my first time directing. I wanted a documentary feel to it and decided on a handheld camera throughout the whole film. But since the actors had very short time to do this I had to take the documentary style a step further: By doing long shots and keep the camera moving and chasing the action it would become a more like a documentary. And the actors were used to do it all in one take, they're stage actors and work that way. But, with camera seeing everything and spinning 360 degrees it would take a lot of time to light. Time the actors didn't have. So I had to skip the lighting and just put a little light on top of the camera. But this also contributes to the documentary style. Yes, I know. I looks rubbish. Just like a... well, you know. So we rehearsed, but without a camera. I just figured the moves out in my head. So when it was time to shoot I was like a cameraman for a documentary. I had a slight knowledge of what was going to happen but didn't know how it would look. So while filming I had to take a decision in a split second and do it in a split second. But I think it work out well, it was something like this I hade in my head. To bad I suck as I writer. The story could be much better, so I'm never writing an original story by myself again.

Skådisarna och fotot var väl sådär. Redigerar var också sådär, men det gav en bra helhetskänsla, man levdesig in i det. Keep it up.
